The firm is looking for an Accounting Associate to join our rapidly growing and energetic firm. Our staff enjoy flexible hours, summer Fridays, full-time remote & hybrid remote work arrangements and dress for your day attire!

Position Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivables and Payables.

Bank Reconciliations.

Developing trial balances.

Build and maintain client base.

Help many different clients with their bookkeeping needs.

Reconciling various client accounts.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years’ related experience

Knowledge of basic accounting/bookkeeping

Proficient with Quickbooks (Quickbooks Certified Preferred)

Proficient with MS Office including Word and Excel

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy

Ability to travel to and from client offices

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 dependent on experience.
