Job Description:
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of our accounts receivable processes. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and record incoming payments

• Manage and resolve invoice discrepancies and assist in reconciling accounts

• Maintain up-to-date billing system and follow up on, collect, and allocate payments

• Prepare and balance the daily bank deposit to ensure funds are appropriately handled

• Track and resolve outstanding payment issues and generate aging reports

• Communicate effectively with clients to address invoicing queries or disputes

• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and implement best practices

• Assist with month-end closing and other ad hoc reporting as needed

• Assist with collections as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role.

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and experience with accounting software 

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
