By assisting with day-to-day tasks, you’ll help ensure our benefits align with employee needs, company objectives, and compliance standards. The Benefits team is at the heart of our people strategy, ensuring our employees feel supported, informed, and empowered by world-class benefits programs. We work cross-functionally with People Analytics, People Operations, People Technology, and external stakeholders to innovate and optimize key benefits initiatives. Strategic programs range from Health and Welfare benefits to Mental Health and Financial Wellness. About the Job
Assist with the administration of various benefit and leave of absence programs which include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, pre-tax benefits and COBRA.
Serve as the first point of contact for HR and employees for various benefit issues such as coverage, enrollment eligibility, qualifying life event changes, claims and other benefit matters
Audit weekly benefit deductions and EDI File feeds and coordinate with HRIS team, benefit vendors and payroll when necessary.
Prepare, run and distribute ad hoc data reports through HRIS system
Provide backup support to Benefits Analyst
Prepare and maintain employee benefit files and presentations
Assist with benefit configuration in workday system and corresponding testing
Support compliance reporting and procedures in accordance with ERISA, Section 125 and ACA
Contribute to the preparation and execution of annual open enrollment processes
About You
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in 401(k) plan administration, including compliance testing and audits.
Prior experience in data analytics with hands-on experience using AI and predictive tools.
Proficiency in creating clear, impactful data visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
Solid working knowledge of benefit regulations such as ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex, detail-oriented tasks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in HR or Benefits Management (e.g., CEBS, SPHR, SHRM-CP).
Experience managing and integrating benefits during mergers and acquisitions.
Prior success in using AI to optimize benefits operations and enhance outcomes.
Proven ability to navigate complex decision-making situations while maintaining compliance.
