Description
As the Commercial Systems Specialist, you'll support the US Commercial business by managing and maintaining the systems that power our day-to-day commercial operations. As part of the Commercial Systems team, you'll work across key platforms like Salesforce and Operative.One, providing end user support, maintaining data accuracy, assisting with reporting, and helping streamline workflows. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who's organized, systems-savvy, and eager to grow into an operations/systems role.
What You"ll Do
You will report into the Senior Manager, Global Operations and Support
Commercial Systems Support: Provide daily user support for Salesforce and Operative.One, including troubleshooting, permissions/configuration management, and issue resolution across all order to cash workflows.
System Administration: Serve as a system admin for the Commercial team's Salesforce and Operative environments-managing user access, maintaining system configurations, and coordinating with global admin teams for updates and enhancements.
Reporting & Data Accuracy: Assist in generating reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Operative.One; support data hygiene and validation efforts to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.
User Training & Documentation: Help onboard new users and promote best practices through developing training materials, process documentation, and delivering training sessions across commercial teams,
Workflow Optimization Support: Support commercial process improvements by documenting current workflows, identifying inefficiencies and potential gaps through discovery, and helping develop solutions and implement changes across systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Planning, Client Success, Ad Ops, and Finance teams to ensure systems and processes align with business objectives and operational needs.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of experience in a sales support, commercial operations, or systems coordination role-preferably in the adtech, media, or publishing industry
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and/or Operative.One (or equivalent OMS)
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; comfort working with incomplete/disparate data and performing quality checks
Familiarity with commercial workflows and process such as data entry, order booking, or pipeline management
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a detail-oriented and collaborative mindset
Experience supporting cross-functional commercial teams, with the ability to act as a translator between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and an interest in optimizing tools and processes

The expected range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000.
This is a remote, U.S.-based role. Future U.S. can hire in 37 states.
