Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer with 3-8 years of experience to join our fully remote, fast-paced design team. This role focuses on producing digital marketing materials and social media content for the web3 Casino and Sportsbook industry. We are one of the fastest growing and dynamic web3 casino on the market right now.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging banners, posts, and visual content for various social media platforms

• Create compelling digital ad campaigns for Casino and Sportsbook brands

• Use AI tools to enhance workflows and produce innovative visuals

• Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and maintain consistent quality

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English

• 3-8 years of graphic design or similar creative experience

• Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills (photo editing, compositing, digital design)

• Proficiency in Adobe's generative AI features (Generative Fill, Expand, etc.)

• Skilled in Figma for collaborative designs with the use of reusable components and libraries.

• Expertise in Canva for rapid, template-driven content creation

• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and composition

• Understanding of social media formats, ad specs, and performance-focused design

• Self-motivated, independent, punctual, and organized

• Experience with ticket-based workflows and project management systems

• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while handling multiple projects

• Availability during US business hours on designated weekdays

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automation tools like n8n, Make.com, or similar platforms

• Skills in motion graphics, animated banners, video content, or Lottie animation

• Knowledge of A/B testing and creative performance optimization
