Growth Advisor (Contracted)
Position Overview:
This role is for a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in meaningful conversation, values integrity over pressure, and knows how to guide the right people to the right next step.
As a Growth Advisor, you’ll be responsible for nurturing and closing new business by leading high-quality sales conversations with established female founders generating $150K or more. These are thoughtful, driven business owners who want clarity, systems, and momentum. Your job is to help them determine if our coaching experience is the right next step.
You’ll work with warm and inbound leads, intentional follow-up opportunities, and strategic outreach, all within a proven ecosystem.
This position is directly tied to outcomes. You’ll always know what winning looks like with clear targets, clean metrics, and the autonomy to build your day in a way that supports your performance and your life.

Lead warm, inbound, and follow-up sales conversations
Prepare for each call with context, clarity, and intention
Track daily activity, results, and projections
Participate in daily huddles and end-of-day reporting
Keep deals clean, accurate, and updated in the CRM system
Represent the brand with integrity, confidence, and care
Core Outcomes & KPIs:
Consistently generate at least $150,000+ in new business revenue per month
Maintain a minimum 30% close rate on qualified, live sales calls
Handle approximately 4–5 sales calls per day (17 per week / ~67 per month)
Proactively generate additional conversations through follow-up and outreach (past leads, alumni, no-shows, warm prospects)
Accurately track pipeline activity and deal stages in HubSpot
Ensure seamless handoff of enrolled clients to the Client Success team

You’re a great fit if you:
Are an experienced, consultative closer who leads with a high level of intellectual curiosity, not pressure
Know how to qualify prospects honestly and say no when it’s not a fit
Have 2 - 3 years experience selling high-touch coaching or education programs
Have relentless optimism and an entrepreneurial spirit. We are looking for someone who is excited by change and the prospect of building something with us.
Are comfortable owning revenue targets and performance metrics
Can manage multiple conversations, follow-ups, and priorities with precision
Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically (written and verbal)
Are highly organized and consistent with CRM documentation and follow-up tasks
Take feedback well and actively seek coaching to improve performance
Thrive in a fast-moving, metrics-driven environment
Understand the online business space and speak fluently with established entrepreneurs
Bonus points if you:
Are familiar with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
Enjoy being part of a collaborative, accountable sales team
Have experience coaching six-figure entrepreneurs
Compensation & Schedule:
This role rewards ownership, consistency, and follow-through. This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 contracted role.
There is no base salary and no benefits. Compensation is directly tied to performance and paid on cash collected.
Time & Availability Expectations:
This is an estimated 30 – 40 hour per week, contracted role
You’ll have flexibility to build your own schedule, with enough calendar availability to support call volume expectations
Consistent Slack availability is required, with responses provided within two business hours Monday–Friday
Daily participation in brief team huddles (Monday–Friday)
This role is fully remote - work from anywhere
Time off is supported with advance notice and coverage planning
