 About The Role

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in providing support and services to our clients and delivery teams, offering variety with no two days the same and opportunities to grow and develop new skills within a growing business. The role enables Benefits Counselor teams to maximize efficiency, resource planning, and the overall delivery of quality service. It also supports operational excellence through the effective use of processes, tools, and metrics. 

 Responsibilities

  • Using the internal travel tool to research travel options and book consultant travel.

  • Preparing and submitting expense reports. Supporting event planning and client/site coordination.

  • Scheduling and coordinating meeting logistics, materials, agendas, and follow-up actions.

  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews for high-volume roles. Assisting with the onboarding and induction of new colleagues and consultants.

  • Analyzing current processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Preparing and maintaining relevant documentation on knowledge-sharing platforms.

  • Tracking relevant operational metrics. Communicating updates and plans.

  • Identifying issues and communicating them to team members.

  • Maintaining distribution lists, SharePoint sites, and other project coordination materials.

  • Supporting operations resource management.

  • Preparing and producing high-quality client presentations, correspondence, graphic presentations, and other documents, including editing for grammar, punctuation, and phrasing.

 Requirements

  • Have a minimum of two years of work experience following completion of education.

  • Display excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, delegate, and prioritize tasks.

  • Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Be able to solve problems pragmatically and in a timely manner.

  • Possess great analytical and influencing skills, including the ability to ask questions, break down problems, and clearly communicate opinions and recommendations.

  • Be flexible to support colleagues across multiple areas of operational service delivery.

  • Have the ability to prepare and analyze dashboards that support strategy and decision-making.

  • Be Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes.

  • Demonstrate efficient time management skills.

 Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

45,000.00 USD

Maximum :

55,000.00 USD
