Are you organized, people-focused, and excited to grow into a client-facing role? Our veteran-owned marketing agency is looking for a Client Coordinator to help us support HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors nationwide. You’ll start part-time learning our systems and processes, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role where you’ll become a trusted voice to our clients.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused Client Coordinator who can grow with us. This role starts with behind-the-scenes coordination and learning our systems, then evolves into a client-facing position where you’ll become a trusted advisor to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Support client projects by coordinating content, reporting, and deliverables.
Collaborate closely with our team to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns.
Learn our systems and processes to fully understand how we drive client success.
Provide proactive communication to keep internal projects on track.
Transition into providing weekly video updates and reports for clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or account coordination.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable learning and using digital tools and platforms.
Positive, solution-oriented attitude and a team-first mindset.
Background in digital marketing is a plus (but not required).

Part-time to start, with the potential to grow into full-time within ~12 months.
Flexible schedule — ideal for someone balancing family or other commitments.
Remote, with weekly team meetings and client check-ins via Zoom.
