As a Marketplace Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day administrative and support tasks related to the operation of Marketplace. You’ll help clients successfully auction their vehicles by ensuring vehicles are represented accurately and that the descriptions have full photo galleries giving consignors the best chance for a successful sale.
What you’ll do
Represent Hagerty’s mission and values with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Work with multiple consignors concurrently to bring their vehicles to auction.
Prepare, receive, and review contracts for our consignors.
Aid in the development of processes and procedures as marketplace grows.
Work with consignors to gather photos to create a rich gallery that properly represents the condition of the vehicle.
Help facilitate the transfer of ownership of the vehicles we offer.
Regular follow ups with consignors to bring as many vehicles to market as possible.
Be proactive, identify opportunities for improvement, provide outbound calls to members and work with development team to identify needed platform updates.

Ability to work 10:00 to 6:30PM EST, Saturday through Wednesday.
Proven successful Hagerty operations or sales experience
Superior written and verbal communications skills
Exceptional knowledge of collector vehicles and values
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
A proven track record of customer-focused experience
A desire and ability to find innovative solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ability to work within a team with ever-changing priorities and evolving processes.
An understanding of the collector vehicle ownership experience
An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to help grow our Marketplace business.
Other things to note
This position is open to U.S. remote work. However, team members who reside within 20 miles of the Traverse City headquarters will follow a hybrid schedule, working from the office three days per week.
Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
