We’re Minutizer; And you might be the Product Manager we’re looking for!
Born in founder mode as a Romania-based company, we’ve spent the last 13 years building a product-led business from the ground up, with one clear mission: to power real-time human connection through seamless payments. Along the way, we’ve evolved, and so has our mission. Today, we build products that foster private, meaningful, real-time connections, especially in industries that are often misunderstood or overlooked, from adult entertainment to telemedicine and beyond.
We’ve worked remotely long before it became the norm, and our 45-person team now spans Romania, Spain, the Netherlands, and Colombia. We may be small, but we think big, and we stay close, with in-person gatherings in places like Mexico and Spain that keep our culture strong, connected, and human.
We’re now at a key turning point - scaling with intention and putting real focus into building out our product and commercial teams. As a product-led company, we’ve learned that vision alone isn’t enough; structure, clarity, and execution are what truly drive value. And while some teammates leave to explore, many come back because here, growth feels personal, and people feel trusted, empowered, and heard.
