Project Manager (Nightwatch)

We are seeking a project manager with soft skills and a strong background in developing successful product strategies, as well as a deep understanding of well-designed products and web applications. Candidates should have experience in a SaaS or software company, as well as a strong understanding of user experience and software development processes.

As the product manager, you will be responsible for staying up to date on current happenings in the website visibility, marketing, and SEO industry, conducting customer research, and leading user testing. You will work closely with stakeholders and managers to ensure a smooth and efficient product development process, and will be responsible for tracking and reporting on the performance of product improvements.

Technical expertise and deeper understanding of the technology is a big plus.

Requirements

• Proven track record of developing successful product strategies

• Exceptional understanding of well-designed products and web applications

• Strong understanding of user experience and software development processes

• Prior experience in a SaaS or software company

• Well-developed leadership and management skills

• At least 3 years of team management experience

• Experience with remote work and agile methodologies (such as Scrum)

• Knowledge of website visibility, marketing, and SEO industry

• Experience conducting customer research and leading user testing

• Ability to work in a remote and flexible environment
