What You’ll Be Doing
Drive executive precision: Manage complex scheduling, travel, and logistics across time zones and senior stakeholders with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
Deliver a world-class experience: Ensure seamless coordination and communication among senior internal and external partners.
Anticipate and act: Identify priorities, streamline operations, and handle needs before they arise—you see around corners and make things happen.
Orchestrate critical meetings and deliverables: Plan and execute high-visibility sessions, presentations, and confidential discussions with exceptional polish.
Own presentation excellence: Develop and refine PowerPoint decks that convey strategy and professionalism at the executive level.
Streamline systems and processes: Implement smarter workflows, improve documentation, and leverage technology to increase clarity and consistency.
Integrate automation and AI tools: Use modern platforms to optimize repeatable tasks and enhance productivity.
Protect confidentiality and trust: Handle sensitive business and personnel information with discretion and integrity.
Be the backbone of execution: Provide the operational rhythm that enables leaders to focus on strategy and growth.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in senior-level executive assistant, operations, or coordination roles.
Proven success supporting C-suite or senior leadership in high-growth SaaS or private equity-backed environments.
Mastery of complex calendar and travel management, with impeccable attention to detail under pressure.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
A systems-thinking mindset and passion for process improvement.
Executive-level communication—concise, poised, and professional.
High EQ and sound judgment in managing sensitive interactions.
Curiosity and adaptability with new tools, including AI and automation platforms.
