About You

You are a resilient, service oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You possess the sharp judgment required to interpret complex policy and the communication skills to build trust across a multi-faculty landscape.

An undergraduate degree plus at least four years of experience in the higher education sector (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
Proven ability to use initiative, prioritise competing deadlines, and interpret complex issues under minimal supervision.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive case management discussions and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in navigating corporate information systems and a rapid ability to master new platforms (familiarity with SiNet is highly regarded).
A deep commitment to delivering high-quality service and fostering a supportive community for international and domestic researchers.
