We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Associate to support our growing finance function. This is a hands-on, operational role that works closely with external bookkeepers across multiple countries and supports core accounting processes such as month-end close, payments, and first-stage collections.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate accounting activities with external bookkeepers (UK, Cyprus, Bahrain) and support the monthly close process, including journal entries
Prepare and support vendor and operational payments, ensuring proper documentation and approvals
Support first-stage collections, including invoice follow-ups and payment reminders
Assist with compliance related to relevant tax legislation
Support payroll processes
Assist with ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantage
2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong understanding of IFRS accounting principles and financial processes
Experience working with international entities and/or external bookkeepers is preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
