The organization seeks a Production Designer / Art Director to execute high-quality creative across print, digital, and email channels. The role requires strong print design and email marketing capabilities, collaboration with cross-functional partners, and proficiency with modern work management tools. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and AI-assisted design workflows would support efficient production.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $35.00 to $40.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:

• Support creative execution across print, digital, and email channels.

• Produce and refine print design assets with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Build and optimize email marketing assets and templates.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and contribute effectively in team workflows.

• Utilize work management and collaboration tools to keep projects moving smoothly.

• Contribute behind the scenes to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience as a design professional in corporate or structured environments.

• Strong background in print design.

• Hands-on experience with email marketing design and production.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS (preferred).

• Experience with Workfront, Monday.com, or Slack.

• Interest in or experience with AI-assisted design workflows (preferred).

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners.
