RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in Spanish and English

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency

  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide informed support

  • Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience

  • Stay updated on company policies, system updates, and service changes

  • Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal

  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is a plus

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed
