We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in AI & Systems Implementation to join our client’s team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

• Build and manage AI-powered systems to support business operations;

• Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Google Flow, and other AI integrations to solve problems creatively;

• Translate business goals into automated workflows using AI tools and no-code platforms;

• Design, implement, and monitor funnels enhanced by AI functionality;

• Improve company visibility and discoverability across AI-driven platforms;

• Implement strategies to connect SEO performance with AI-generated content;

• Use AI to ideate and produce SEO-optimized assets;

• Use AI tools to generate imaginative and strategic content;

• Collaborate on basic video editing and visual storytelling projects;

• Support creative campaigns across different business segments (real estate, operations, etc.);

• Receive assignments through a ticketing system / project hub;

• Deliver high-quality results autonomously with minimal supervision;

• Join weekly alignment calls to review vision, strategy, and deliverables;

• Report progress, roadblocks, and solutions proactively;

• High proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Flow, Jasper, or similar platforms;

• Ability to build workflows, automations, and system integrations from scratch;

• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and independent execution;

• Technical comfort with various software and no-code platforms;

• Strategic understanding of real estate operations (or ability to learn quickly);

• Excellent written and verbal English communication;

• Ability to self-manage, hit deadlines, and prioritize performance;

• Willingness to grow and take ownership of projects without constant oversight;

• Experience with real estate funnels, lead generation, or digital marketing;

• Familiarity with CRM integrations and automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.);

• Light video editing or visual design experience;

• Work from home;

• Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);

• Starting salary between 4$ - 12$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
